Are
all the products on your site new?
Yes. Every product we ship is new and comes direct
from the manufacturer with the full manufacturer’s
warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product
description.
How long will it take for me to
receive my item(s)?
That depends on where you are located and how close
you are to a distribution center or shipping
warehouse. The average order arrives at its
destination within 2-7 days.

What warranties do you offer?
All warranties are honored by the manufacturer of the
product, and are not warranted by Internetoutboards.com, Inc. We are a factory authorized warranty
repair center for many of the products we sell and as
such we can and will provide warranty repairs in
accordance with the manufacturers policies.
Why are your prices so low?
We strive to bring you the best prices we can by
reducing our operational costs. By using the Internet
as one of our storefronts, we save on many costs that
our competitors spend millions of dollars a year to
maintain. Also, you act, as your own sales
representative by reading the descriptions on our
site, so you don’t pay the large commissions our
competitors must give their salespeople. As a family
owned business, we are committed to keeping our prices
below those of our competitors so that your family can
enjoy the best in marine products for less, and it
does not hurt that our vendors like us. We do a lot of
volume with our vendors. We pass on the discounts we
receive from them to you.
How
do I know that I am getting the best deal?
Here are a couple of things to think about. Shop
around. We encourage you to visit your local marine dealers,
research on-line and educate yourself about models,
pricing, service and reputations. We believe we offer
the lowest delivered prices in the U.S. It’s possible
that in some cases we do not. If you find a lower,
advertised, price somewhere else on identical
merchandise we will at least match it, if not beat it.(As long as that other dealer really has it!)
If you make a purchase from us and then find it
advertised at a lower, delivered price from a
legitimate dealer somewhere else we will refund the
difference in price if you notify us within 3o days of purchase. Obviously we cannot price match
on older non-current models, distressed inventory, scratch and
dents, one-of-a-kinds, going out of business sales and
the like. We also cannot waive the sales tax. But, you
can buy with confidence from us knowing that we will
honor our “PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE” to the best of our
ability.

What is the relationship between
InternetOutboards.com, Inc. and North American Outboards.?
Internetoutboards.com, Inc. is the
name of our Florida based corporation. This website,
Internetoutboards.com, is a marketing tool and a form
of advertising for our company. North American Outboards is a name used for marketing. And even though Tohatsu loves us, we are not division of Tohatsu Japan or Tohatsu America.

Our commitment to
your security is a top priority at Outboard Distributor, Inc.
We employ the industry standard SSL encryption
that all major Internet storefronts use. You hear a lot
about the few abuses on the internet, but you don’t
often hear about the millions of transactions that take
place flawlessly every day over the Internet.
Which
credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, Paypal and or
bank checks. We do not ship COD, extend credit or
listen to complaints about why we do not take American
Express. Please do not mail cash! If you wish to pay
for your purchase by Paypal, please use the following

What is your return policy?
We do not offer
refunds, exchanges or returns unless we made the error
in shipping an item different than what you ordered (not
what you meant to order, but what you really did order).
On RARE occasions we may, at our discretion take pity
on you and allow you to return or exchange
merchandise. We suggest a certain amount of
self-depreciating groveling to convince us to make an
exception in your case. Under no circumstances can
outboard engines, inflatable boats, service manuals,
decals, life rafts, gaskets, carburetors, electrical items,
propellers, outboard parts, glues and/or any item that is a special
order be returned. If we do allow a return or exchange
it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If we sold
or shipped you the wrong item, we will pay for the
freight back to us and send you the correct item
freight prepaid.
What did we leave out?
As hard as we've tried to cover everything, I'm sure there
is plenty we've left out. If there is something you need
