all the products on your site new?
Yes. Every product we ship is new and comes direct
from the manufacturer with the full manufacturer’s
warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product
description.
How long will it take for me to
receive my item(s)?
That depends on where you are located and how close
you are to a distribution center or shipping
warehouse. The average order arrives at its
destination within 2-7 days.

What warranties do you offer?
All warranties are honored by the manufacturer of the
product, and are not warranted by Internetoutboards.com, Inc. We are a factory authorized warranty
repair center for many of the products we sell and as
such we can and will provide warranty repairs in
accordance with the manufacturers policies.
Why are your prices so low?
We strive to bring you the best prices we can by
reducing our operational costs. By using the Internet
as one of our storefronts, we save on many costs that
our competitors spend millions of dollars a year to
maintain. Also, you act, as your own sales
representative by reading the descriptions on our
site, so you don’t pay the large commissions our
competitors must give their salespeople. As a family
owned business, we are committed to keeping our prices
below those of our competitors so that your family can
enjoy the best in marine products for less, and it
does not hurt that our vendors like us. We do a lot of
volume with our vendors. We pass on the discounts we
receive from them to you.
How do I know that I am getting the best deal?
InternetOutboards.com strives to offer our customers the absolute best prices anywhere on new Tohatsu and Nissan outboards. We shop the competition frequently to ensure our prices are the lowest around. If you find a lower advertised delivered price on the same model – please contact us and we’ll beat it! Please note that the model being offered by a competitor must be the same year model, condition (brand new), and be available in stock. Buy with confidence from us knowing that we only sell brand new factory sealed engines complete with manufacturer’s warranty. You’ll never find used, reconditioned, or freight damaged engines with us.

We employ the industry standard SSL encryption
that all major Internet storefronts use. You hear a lot
about the few abuses on the internet, but you don’t
often hear about the millions of transactions that take
place flawlessly every day over the Internet.
Which
credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and bank checks. Please note: we do NOT ship any items COD.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer
refunds, exchanges or returns unless we made the error
in shipping an item different than what you ordered (not
what you meant to order, but what you really did order).
On RARE occasions we may, at our discretion take pity
on you and allow you to return or exchange
merchandise. We suggest a certain amount of
self-depreciating groveling to convince us to make an
exception in your case. Under no circumstances can
outboard engines, inflatable boats, service manuals,
decals, life rafts, gaskets, carburetors, electrical items,
propellers, outboard parts, glues and/or any item that is a special
order be returned. If we do allow a return or exchange
it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If we sold
or shipped you the wrong item, we will pay for the
freight back to us and send you the correct item
freight prepaid.
